This podcast is so perfectly timed… a good friend, one of my favorite trainers, took his life yesterday. I’m trying to process the loss, and I’m completely in denial. He proudly and honorably served the US Army as an 11B for years. His presence will be severely missed, his friendship and brotherhood, his loyalty and allegiance, his undying dedication to his loved ones, and his incredible skill at teaching how to function your firearms at the highest level. My whole family knew and loved him, and his own family is in horrible pain. We have to stop this, and we need to do better. I attended the conference Tim, Dan, and Dakota hosted in January at SHOT Show where this very problem was discussed. I have been searching for a benefactor to underwrite a book I’m currently writing as a companion to a course I’ve developed to assist transitioning veterans. There’s work to do, clearly, to assist the GWOT veterans sort things out when they’re too tangled up in life’s threads. Anyway, thanks for the laughs guys, I needed the break.

As a Nurse caring for my fellow Veterans, who are unfortunately in the hospital, at the VA Hospital in Richmond Virginia this beautiful Christmas morning morning, I want to say thank you for doing this for us. This brightened my morning right when I need it to be. Working night shift on Christmas morning is hard, and I know from experience being deployed for Christmas is even harder, but our fellow Veterans stuck here in the hospital during the Holidays have it worse than most. We took care of each other whi deployed and need to continue doing so here at home. Reach out to those you haven't heard from in a while and check-in with them, it might just be the call they needed to NOT become one of the 22 a day!

Thank you guys once again. This has been an incredibly tough year which in turn makes Christmas very difficult. Been fighting sleep for a few hours just because I don't want to sleep. I know there is light at the end of the tunnel but it just seems tht tunnel keeps getting longer, anyway thank yall again for what you do! Hope everyone has a good Christmas!

I've been watching all of yalls content for a little over a year now, love all you guys and your content, thankyou so much for making this Christmas just a little bit better for me while my grandpa is in the v.a for complications with knee surgery etc. Wishing everyone the best holidays, keep up the great work; truely inspiring.
