I had to chuckle when you were talking about the SAS, I worked on the shop floor for a company that made telecommunications equipment, one day a pretty special Range Rover turned up and a load of fairly scruffy chaps got out. They were shown around the factory and then they said we’d like those and that and this. This stuff was all under contract, either military or the British Broadcasting Corporation, they pretty much said they were the military and they outranked the BBC! 🤣 They left with the stuff that fitted the Range Rover and the rest followed! We on the shop floor surmised that they were Special Forces!

Amazing episode! Loved the amount of history and military stories shared. Just a note that in Canada we are taught that the phone is Canadian as Alexander Graham Bell immigrated to Canada from Edinburgh, Scotland. But the invention of the telephone is actually credited to Canada, invented by a Scot. Sorry. Also, what is acknowledged as the first telephone was invented in Brantford, Canada - at Bell's parents home. Double sorry. I will concede that Bell made his first call from his Boston Lab. You should see the list of inventions through out history that come from the Scots. It's incredible.

I'm gonna be that guy for a minute but Krillin didn't even feel getting shot in the head and Piccolo can regrow his body parts at will. I'm pretty sure most of the DBZ cast can explode the planet by thinking too hard. Piccolo, at least, blew up the moon. It's not even a contest.
