It's incredible that humanity thinks/composes/performs/listens/produces and sells this music. So unique, such an insanely high level of precision and technique at every corner. From here in southern Chile this might as well be music written and performed by aliens from outerspace.

Yup, Ligeti was one of her teachers. I feel "philosophically" this is one of her most Ligeti-esque pieces in terms of its eclecticism. (Also, I recently listened to your Violin Concerto and it's fantastic! Awesome to see you here, Vito)
