@@danyecip Although Mike Shinoda makes good music and moved on as a vocalist it is not LINKIN PARK !!!! I miss him greatly as a band and especially Chester's unique voice and concept as a person! He was like most people with good and bad days but we have to take in considering that he experienced hell as a child and eventually the pain and all the badness became too strong and he did the worst! But it is not to be condemned because the question is how we would have acted if we were in his skin ???! Ace of Death 02 Well, probably because he thought EVERYONE are haters who was like "we hate your new shit, LP is dead" before Chester's death, but suddenly went "We shouldn't have hated this, this album (one of the post-Meteora albums, especially One More Light) is actually a masterpiece" after he died. And that made everyone sounded like hypocrites. Not everyone is like that, however. I, for one, was quite fond of One More Light for how it is (a lyrical album), although I must admit it could have been better. And A Thousand Suns is my favorite album.

Most underrated? Doesent even is the most underrated Linkin Park song, look for Forgotten, By Myself, With You, High Voltage, Nobody Listening, Hit The Floor, In Between, No Roads Left, Dedicated, and much more. Doesent even is the most underrated song on the album, look to songs like All For Nothing, A Line In The Sand, Keys To The Kingdom, Rebellion and any song that Mike sings or rap. I dont even talk about underrated bands, such like Faith No More, Nine Inch Nails, Deftones, Stone Temple Pilots and Tool, all of these even the most popular songs are more underrated than Untill Its Gone.

Let's be honest, a lot of songs from LP are criminally underrated. Most people only remember meteora and minutes to midnight. And even on those albums there are underrated things. It is very hard to tell which song is the most underrated, since each song could be easily title pieces on albums of other bands.

Such an underrated song, such an underrated album. Why don't people like The Hunting Party? I think it's the best Linkin Park album since Meteora!
@bayerhead5 жыл бұрын
This song I agree is the best thing since Meteora for sure. Alot of the album falls flat though. Minutes to midnight and living things are better as a whole in my opinion.
@xlide315 жыл бұрын
Definitely disagree ! Minutes to Midnight is having more and more good reviews because people realize how great this album is after critisizing the turn they had with this album. It takes some years but now, LEAVE OUT ALL THE REST, BLEED IT OUT, SHADOW OF THE DAY, IN PIECES and THE LITTLE THINGS GIVE YOU AWAY are taking the way to "WOW, THESE ARE MASTERPIECES !!!" and finally people get it after 10 years.

LYRICS [Verse 1] A fire needs a space to burn A breath to build a glow I've heard it said a thousand times But now I know [Chorus] That you don't know what you've got Oh, you don't know what you've got No, you don't know what you've got Until it's gone Until it's gone Until it's gone [Verse 2] I thought I kept you safe and sound I thought I made you strong But something made me realize That I was wrong [Verse 3] 'Cause finding what you've got sometimes Means finding it alone And I can finally see your light When I let go You might also like [Chorus] 'Cause you don't know what you've got Until it's gone Until it's gone Until it's gone [Bridge] Until it's gone Until it's gone Until it's gone Until it's gone Until it's gone [Chorus] 'Cause you don't know what you've got Oh, you don't know what you've got No, you don't know what you've got It's your battle to be fought No, you don't know what you've got 'Til it's gone [Outro] 'Til it's gone 'Til it's gone

It’s okay to let it out hard. I did too bc while I’ve heard this song, I actually didn’t see this video until shortly after 1 am on July 20, 2018. The haunting beauty and truthfulness of it all plus the chilling timing hit me like a bullet. I thought of my everyone close to me that’s died before their time, friends who lost loved ones before their time, friends forever maimed by car accidents or minds warped by what they saw in war, dead relationships, failed aspirations, whether life actually matters, Chester’s kids, his wife and band mates. Yeah, I broke knowing that everything even our memories eventually will be gone, that eternity is something we made up. BUT the words “it’s your battle to be fought” left me with renewed purpose, a resolve to fight against loneliness, my own thoughts of suicide, my addictions and unhealthy lifestyle. It’s a battle I’m determined to win even if it takes a level of suffering and hardship I couldn’t before imagine. I will make Chester proud even though we never met. That’s the power of music that reaches the soul

Everyone's always saying how they are very disappointed in LP for not sounding like they did back in albums like Hybrid Theory and Meteora. Here's the thing people, Linkin Park is an EXPERIMENTAL band. Which means they experiment music and see how they sound with it. Of course they are going to change. Hell, look at the band Disturbed. All of their songs and albums sound the same and they give me a headache. I like LP because no matter how different their sounds are, I seem to enjoy it either way. Also, Chester did say in an interview with Scuzz that him and the band don't give two shits about the people complaining about what they make now. Chester basically says "if you don't like us then don't listen to us, how hard is that?" And he's right.
@RayRotmg9 жыл бұрын
+Peyton Martin Fully agreed, I was a little worried a little while back though because they started doing stuff with Steve Aoki and I personally don't like him(opinion, please don't kill me Aoki fans) and releasing other remixes of stuff that I didn't enjoy. But now they are back on track. Still yet, after reading this post, I realized that Linkin Park will always hold a special place in my heart. I have been listening to their music since 2003 when Meteora album came out and that album to this day, is still my favorite album from LP. I also agree with Chester's sentiment that people complain about any music that doesn't fit their taste. I get it, I am one of them, but I am not a complainer. I like change and have accepted that music shouldn't sound all the same, if there was no variety, the music industry would be boring and make no money.
@angelpacheco19779 жыл бұрын

+Angel Pacheco we all have opinions man, but to me, they just sound the same. I still like them, not gonna lie, they just sound the same in a lot of songs tbh. And same with AcDc, Breaking Benjamin, and Korn. But if you don't like change then that's just you.
