Great video, always fantastic seeing Malifaux getting some professional battle reports! A very important tip for the Seamus player- its always worth using a focus action before using the .50 flintlock. Focus is a 1AP action, and gives a + flip to attack AND damage to 1 attack that round. For a one shot, super high damage ability like the .50 its always worth engineering a +flip on damage- makes Seamus a 1-shot machine! Also the copycat Killer makes a great partner for Seamus, finishing off targets for when Seamus can only flip a weak/moderate.

Great batrep, Seamus had two limited upgrades, though, which isn't possible. One limited upgrade per model.

Going back and watching all of the Malifaux games. I think the lesson we learned today was; Don't do Brilliance kids. You might end up with Rabies, get posioned, and then explode.

At 28:30 Jason flips for damage with his Canine Remains. The Red Joker on Damage does not add a suit and there for wouldn't trigger Rabid. But you could have used the built in Crow for Infect. Triggers are only generated on the attack flip.

I dunno if your opponent knew it or not but the belle's can lure friendly models, gives a little xtra movement for your friendlies

I don't use Rezzers but for the Neverborn (or any Lunch crew) Beckoners are wonderful. Their lure is only Ca6 but comes with all the necessary suits and the suit for her trigger which lets her push 4" any direction. I love them in a lunch crew, especially when Distract is on the table! You can close an 8+ inch gap and distract.

I know you're doing a learning game, but just thought I'd mention, at about 9:28 Illuminated #2 shoots at Punk Zombie engaged with Mr. Graves with Scintillating cloud. Because it has a "gun range" symbol it would have to randomize the shot. Rules for this are under "shooting into engagement", don't have book with me right now.

Yeah depleated in a Lynch crew are super fast. Helps them get up front and get their brilliance all over the place. Just becareful taking them when Distract or Cursed Object are in the scheme pool. They are insignificant and can't take interact actions so while they can have the conditions put on them by the enemy you can remove them with the model. That on top of the fact they are Hard to Kill makes them a rough choice when those two schemes are there. You can just give away points to your enemy. Love the paint jobs you did!!

Ellis McCoy Way simpler. Once you get the hang of the levels (0, 1-5, 6-10, 11+) for winning flips it goes really fast. If you watch me play Chris in the first game of this series, it goes surprisingly fast. :)

You really took advantage of a new player here... He obviously didn't understand how hitting works as an experienced player would of cheated higher cards to get straight flips and then cheated damaged, or used soul stones to add to attack flips on Seamus. But win at all cost guys like you unfortunately exist in all games but I don't see why it's so important to win against a new player... Oh well, to each his own I guess.
