Railway aaj tak b loco pilot ke liye engine me toilet available nhi kra ski ha. Asi condition me railway ladies se kaam krva rhi ha. Kahate ha kaam bada mushkil ha itne mushkil kaam ko or mushkil bna diya jata ha jha cab me AC b nhi lga hota or winter me bahar ki cold air cab me aati ha.

Especially this profession is something you need endurance and sacrifices both personally and professionally. So I have great respect and admiration for lady loco Pilots. Whenever I travel by train I always ensure to find who is running the train, if it is a lady piloti will feel special and secure as a feeling of a motherly touch. but at the same time, it is not that men are less than them they are the most professional and it is a means job. but now after women taking up this profession, it has added a new dimension to this profession.
