भैया मैं शिव का एक छोटा सा भक्त हूं। और बचपन से ही शिव ध्यान कर रहा हूं। अब से लगभग 2 महीने पहले मैंने अपने आज्ञा चक्र पर जमानी रंग का एक गोला देखा था और फिर उसके बाद स्वमं दिखाई दी भगवान शिव और नंदी जी की काली आकर्ती बिल्कुल स्पष्ट रूप लगभग 20 फिट ऊंचा रूप। लेकिन मैं उन्हें देखकर डर गया और जैसे ही आंखे खोली सब कुछ शांत। फिर कुछ परिस्थिति ऐसी बनी की मैं आज तक ध्यान नहीं कर पाया। मेरा एक सवाल हैं क्या मुझे शिव दर्शन हो चुके हैं या ये सिर्फ मेरा भ्रम था।। क्युकी कभी कभी मेरी काम वासना भी जागर्त हो जाती हैं। तो मुझे थोड़ा संकोच हैं। Pls Reply जय श्री महादेव 🙏🙏

Namaskaram, what should one do if he/she has a tremendous desire to reach the Highest but,doesn't have a physically present guru in life to guide him/her in spiritual journey... I believe before proceeding to advanced practices one should build his/her basics very strong first... And every step in spiritual journey should be taken under supervision of a guru... From other videos, I learn that breathing should have some ratio pattern. I would like to share here so people can take this advantage. This is 1s inhale-4s hold inside-2s outhale-2s hold outside. 1:4:2:2 this is the ratio of dealing with breathing. Then 5-10 breaths to be normal. And again do this process as per wish.
