Loving Sweden! Simple, beautiful cottage. Handmade items, clean lined furniture. My favorites are the touches of modern in the pitcher and glasses with red/ blue circles in the kitchen, hanging red/white lamp over the table mixed with the bright red farm chairs. Life like this is really all we need. It all goes to decay in the end. Sarah does an excellent job with the camera. I like your gentle turns. I don’t feel like I’m getting whiplash! ♥️✌🏼

Your videos are as if we’re there with you because I find myself asking you questions and then I stop , look around , and hope no one saw me TALKING TO MYSELF!! Thinking I was actually asking you questions as you walked through this place . Oh! Hi SARA !! You’re brave because I wonder if you ever come a pond someone in the abandoned places !😱 I love your accent and love Belgium . Why are the taxes so high when you want to sell a house or residence? Perhaps Sweden doesn’t want people selling to outsiders? It’s a Catch 22 ! Or a no win situation. Very sad unless someone explains why to me? Keep up the GREAT WORK! You’re an AMAZING AND AMAZING 23 year old ! CONGRATULATIONS TO YOUR PARENTS FOR RAISING SUCH A GREAT AND SENSITIVE YOUNG MAN! Stay SAFE AND HEALTHY AND BE CAREFUL AROUND THOSE SCORPIONS! ICK! YUK! Scary creatures and NASTY! ❤️👍🙏😱👏💪

Amazed they just farm around a homestead and eliminate all roadways in…. I am happy that they farm the land.. inside the barn looks ok.. so over-grown.. amazing the clothes hanging…. All cobwebs.., wow 1982…. They lived a wonderful simple farmers life. Reminded me of my life and the home I grew up in which was a simple German descendant home in ruralAmerica. Thank you for this heart warming explore.

Sweden❤️🙏 How wonderful! I was getting very disappointed with France & how they had sooo very many one of a kind,a gemstone 💎 castles & mansions & no one was appreciating or trying to save them😞 Each episode I became more heart broken 💔 Even with the purchase tax so very high in Sweden, I hope that you find more that are being restored, repurposed & loved once again! Such a waste of craftsmanship to let these masterpieces become decayed & destroyed! This was a simple, humble, practical & functional house for a farm family! The kids must have had long walks, in the cold winter, to get to school!!! You can just imagine their simple life on this farm👍 Thank you, Maureno & Sarah for trekking sooo very far to share this experience with us! I truly loved it ❤️

The reason you find linens in trunks/chests is that that was what they were made for, to hold sheets and blankets ie linen chest or blanket box. The little box often found on the inside was usually for holding candles.

Many of these young couples are opting out of the "traditional" aspects of a wedding. Remember ..."something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue. Also black is a popular wedding dress for these young couples who wed. The blanket chest or hope chest are not needed or optional again another lost tradition.

Välkommen till Sverige! 🇸🇪Welcome to Sweden. Let me explain some of the things: ”Visby” written on the blue vas is located on the island of Gotland (on the eastcost). There you find Öland as well. The cabinets in the kitchen is from the 1950s. Most furniture was from the 60s, wallpaper 70s. The plastic drawers in the kitchen placed in a row under a cabinet was a supersmart thing I remember we had. You put sugar , grains, spices etc for quick and easy access. Nice to have you here and good luck with your explorations. Regards, Marie

Woow heyy there my dear friend Maureno, what a wonderful start of your new Sweden series. - I absolutely love this beautifully designed intro title. Also your friend Sarah is a delight to see, but where is actually your friend Remon? - However this is an amazing first "warm-up" - video from your Sweden series. - I had to rewatch it, because I probably missed a lot of interesting details during the lifestream. - When rewatching your video, everything reminds me somehow of rural parts in the neighbouring country Finland, where I also saw one or the other farmhouse many years ago. - By the way my mom has been born in Finland. - It was of course so nice to see, that in that house everything was left untouched behind - a true timecapsule! - I fully agree to you. - Also lovely to see, that there were no traces of vandalism whatsoever visible anywhere in that location. - The whole house reflected a special simplicity in a very cozy way and it still has a good atmosphere. - The dolls in that typical Swedish bench were quite an unexpected surprise. - I also loved seeing all these small and charming details you were so lovingly presenting. Your approach to the personal belongings of the former owners is always characterized with a great amount of deep respect. - Lovely, my friend, .. that makes your videos so unique! - The television, you found "primitive" is probably dating back to the 1950-ies from the shape, it has been designed. - HUSQVARNA is a famous brand. They also produced sewing machines. I have here at home an electric sewing machine from the 1970-ies of exactly that brand. My mom used to sew a lot of times with this machine back in the days. Lovely video, dear bro! - I enjoyed watching every second of it. - I intensively hope, to see you also once in a while again. The visit from Lesley was wonderful, and we had so much fun together. I said "Hi" to him from you. Stay safe, peace and much love. - Blessings and kindest regards.

Hola Maureno!! 🙋♀️🇨🇱😘✌️🙏💖🤗🌻
