Well, it never actually appears in game, pirated or not. Even if it did, just a simple light hearted "Please donate" message is 1000x better than most other developer's method of dealing with piracy.

That's so cool how the creators of Freedom Planet put bloopers in the game AND made animated cutscenes for them! That's such a brilliant idea and I don't understand why more game developers use it. Guess it's just a Freedom Planet charm for now.

So, I am not sure if nobody has found this one, or if nobody wants to talk about it, but there is another "blooper" that was not mentioned in the video. After the Fortune Night level, there is a cutscene where Brevon kills a soldier. Syntax then appears and asks Brevon if he has beheaded the intruders. If you are doing the Outakes/Bloopers easter egg during this cutscene, when Syntax appears, she will say her line like usual, but immediately afterwards, she makes static noises (and also laughs, probably because of her VA). Pressing another button to make the cutscene advance will crash the game. So you could say that doing this makes you run into a Syntax Error

Wow, out of all games that have protocols on handling piracy, Freedom Planet left a simple, yet kind message that you can still play the pirate game anyway. There was no consequence behind the message. They knew it was gonna happen so they let the "pirate" player know that you can expect more features of the next game and be sure to donate some money if they like. It's so unheard of, but surprisingly I like it xD.

Not sure it's really an easter egg since it's an achievement, but one of my favorites so far is how the characters bust out dancing if you leave them idle for a second or two around any of the disco balls in the mall. It's so damned cute I almost have to rip up my man card. Just randomly discovered that on my third play through. I love funny little things like that in this type of game. It really makes it seem like these developers care a lot more about this game then most of the people who put out all these zillion dollar, repetitive triple A games these days. I've gotten way more enjoyment out of much smaller games, by smaller developers over the last year or so. Ori and the Blind Forest is another one.
