That unused board looks like an early concept for what would become Pagoda Peak. You’re essentially doing the same thing on both boards, climbing to the top to get Stars.

I have no actual reasoning to back this up other than some ZoomZike videos on Mario Party and it wasn't even for this game so this is all just an educated guess. The first set of numbers in the orb debug menu has to do with the price of the orbs in the shop. 1st pays 20 for this orb, 2nd pays 15, and 3rd and 4th pay 10 for example. There could totally be different combinations since there are 3 columns and 4 player positions those are just hypothetical. The second is a bit harder to explain but the short version is the game has markers for the 1st and 2nd half of the game. The first 4 columns are how likely players in those positions are to get those orbs from an orb pickup in the first half of the game and the second 4 columns are for the second half. The last set I have no idea but considering the numbers add up to 100 it's possible they're for the chance for those orbs to show up in shops for 1st and 2nd for the left column and 3rd and 4th for the right column. But again I have no clue. Again, THIS IS A GUESS. I could be completely wrong on all of this. This is just what I think is most likely the case in my very unprofessional opinion.
