Once you have invested in a rail saw you won’t understand how you ever fitted a kitchen without one. Working on your own they are a godsend as you can cut out hobs, sinks, trim worktops and end panels so easily. I have had the Bosch plunge saw for about 5 years and would buy another tomorrow if it packed up. Also great on bathroom aqua panels etc. Nice work.

Excellent job. No track saw but I have made up a few jigs of MDF, ply, and steel shelf brackets to lay cut side on the line and run the 210mm Makita saw on the jig. Need different jigs for different blade widths. Fast and simple. Dreaming of Mafell system on a pension

Buy a tracksaw and ear defenders. Best to cut 5 - 8mm depth at a time with router, less strain on router and bit.

Using a circular saw for a finished cut on a joint!? Have a word! Bisect the angle like you did but use a router to get the finished cut 🤦🏻‍♂️ Love the way you were keen for safety specs but didn’t think once about a dust mask or ear defenders. Cowboy springs to mind
