Poor Jade, she died on mother's day, I shed a bucket load of tears for her, little did I know 1 year later I'd be shedding a bucket load of tears for my own daughter who was murdered aged 24. Eternal peace to those who are taken from us too young❤

Thankyou for all your lovely messages, it's been a good few years now, she actually died a year after Jade, we are from roughly the same area of London that Jade grew up in. Seeing this reminded me of how horrible a young death is, and however they died, it's always so tragic and devastating for the families. Jade wasn't perfect and neither was my daughter, but all these young people are someone's son or daughter, nobody should have to arrange their child's funeral, my family will not be the first nor the last, it takes a part of you with them, but our lives go on, it certainly does something to you, a heavy heart is the best way of describing it. Fortunately my girl had no children but hey, aren't Jade's boys lovely young boys, she made sure they were financially taken care of, she was a wonderful mum. Thanks again for your kind wordsxxx.

Jade was a legend, one of a kind. I live in Bermondsey, in fact I just saw myself on your clip of funeral cortege going down Southwark park rd. Thankfully my rose landed safely, but the amount of people there showed exactly how loved she was. She wasn't sharpest knife on the block, but it was precisely that , that made her so endearing. And round here she was like anyone else. You'd see her in Icelands,,she never drew attention to herself. I was so sad that day, even though we knew it was coming. Thanks Paul for showing due respect. Rest in eternal peace Jade xx you're missed and will never be forgotten.

Literally will never forget. Followed her cancer story until the sad end and became a fan. What I love most about her final resting place is that I remember after her funeral there was a lot of talk of whether it would become a shrine. And I’m glad it hasn’t and that fans and photographers have mostly stayed away. Especially giving it a private place for her boys to visit.

I loved EVERYTHING about Jade!! Watched every show she was in/made! She was so misunderstood and didnt know how to verbalise her feelings sometimes but she had a heart of gold and was such a character! My sister who was dying at the time aged 29 also with cervical cancer watched jade through her journey. I will never forget sitting beside my sister in the hospice when the breaking news came on saying poor jade had passed away, my sister looked at me and we shed a tear for her but also ourselves as we fully understood the situation we were about to face, sadly not long after I also had to say goodbye to my beautiful sister, I feel I have a deep connection with jade as I can relate to her tragic diagnosis and the awful journey she suffered till the last breath . Well said Graham, one thing she did so well was think of her children whilst she was ill. She worked really hard to make as much money as she could before she died, so her children would not want for anything except love ❤️. I look at the idiot Katie Price and think there’s a lot she could learn from the late Jade Goody. Jade also made us women become more aware of cervical cancer and women having smear tests went significantly higher. May she rest in peace, and her family and friends never forget her.
