How do you unbind the device? It comes up with an error saying i am not on the same network.

The NVR has to be online (connected to the internet) in order for you to unbind it. Make sure it's connected to your router before unbinding the device. If that doesn't work, try setting the NVR to DHCP in the TCP/IP settings and try again.

I cant find the speed changing option while seeing a playback , do i need to enable it? ??
@xlrsecurity3 ай бұрын
@9:05 is probably the easiest way to find the speed setting for playback, click the speed icon at the bottom first and then the speed setting should be shown with the video. It doesn't need enabling. Hope this helps.

Do you need the box to be connected to the ethernet cable after you have connected the device to the app?
@xlrsecurityАй бұрын
Yes, the NVR needs to be connected to your router so that you can view your cameras remotely from the UNV-Link App.

Hi I forgot my username. How do I retrieve

You can also login to UNV-Link with your email address. After logging in with your email address go to the 'Me' menu in UNV-Link and look at the top. You will see your username and email address displayed there.
