My experience with this unit has been anything but "good" or even "decent." For starters, support is slow to completely unresponsive unless reminded they haven't updated or responded to me in days. The unit I have randomly goes dark and requires being reset by unplugging and plugging it back in.I was using the 14-50 version as they don't actually sell a hardwired version or even the required parts for one. This is understandable as the connection points are a PITA to find any hardware that is small enough yet able to handle the required load. Additionally, you can't use the existing whip/wire tail and just remove the pronged end because the whip/tail is sized too small to handle 48A (which is stamped/molded into the wiring itself). After a long back and forth with support, who always just recommended the same "just try resetting the unit," and having an electrician come out twice to test and recheck the outlet and swap the breaker, and taking the car in to have it checked, I finally decided to try hardwiring the unit, as I felt like I didn't have anything to lose. Well, what I lost was the ability to reset the unit by simply unplugging it; I now need to trip the breaker to reset it.All this is on top of the fact that the unit came looking used, with "silver #2" written on the face of the unit and the cable slightly worn and pitted. They finally (finally) got to the point, after over 30 days of constant emails and problems, where they decided to send me their return policy. This policy basically states that unless the unit is unused, no returns are allowed. After pointing out that I couldn't have known the issues and that the unit didn't work and support was going to be this bad until I tried using them, they (finally and reluctantly) decided they would RMA the unit (this was last week). But I'm to the point that (a) I don't trust this company or product, and (b) I'm not about to sink any more time and money into trying another "new" unit from them. Don't get me wrong, we've all gotten a DOA drive and had to return or get it replaced, and that's fine, but this whole experience has just been a cluster F. I took a gamble trying out this unit, and I lost.

Regarding NACS, will you be having a nacs version? And down the road change out cable to nacs?

your app wont let me schedule from 11pm to 7 am it will only let me schedule from 1201 to 7am

To ensure proper functioning of the schedules, please follow these requirements: 1. Time Splitting: Ensure the Start time and Stop time fall within the same calendar day (24-hour period). For example, if you intend to set a schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, create two separate schedules: Schedule 1 from 9:00 PM to 11:59 PM and Schedule 2 from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Schedule 2 will automatically start after Schedule 1 concludes at 11:59 PM. 2. Avoid Overlaps: Regardless of the Schedule switcher (on/off), ensure there are no time overlaps with other schedules or Delayed Start. 3. Days Conflict: If you have the same days chosen in multiple schedules with no specific start/stop times set, it creates a conflict. For example, if Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 both have Monday selected but no specific start/stop times, it's considered a conflict. 4. Delayed Start: Make sure schedules don't overlap with the Delayed Start feature. 5. Complete Fields: A schedule is valid and can be switched on only if days, start, and stop times are chosen. Please fill in all the required fields for a valid schedule.
