I had guessed that his Ascendant is Capricorn, purely based on his experience with dysfunctional parents, his wealth, his wife, and current dasa period. But Leo lagna as explained here also works very well. With 0811 as time of birth, his powerful Saturn dasa started just a few months ago. I guessed a Capricorn ascendant as well. The VP nomination is a pretty big deal from a fame standpoint. In my experience you see that the first and fifth houses are activated for fame. With a Capricorn asc, JD will run Sa/Me, which bring out the first and fifth houses. His personality also matches Capricorn better than Leo.

I like this chart of JDV. I think he would be a pragmatic president in the future. I wonder, would it be possible to compare his chart with VP Harris to see who would be a likely winner between these 2 for the upcoming election? Somehow l keep having the feeling that the next president will neither be Biden nor Trump, because there will be health issues for them both around the time of the election.
