@sarfrazghafoor hey, thanks for watching. It's important you find a way to provide value for these drivers or carriers. Anyone can get on a load board and find a load. So look for value...try building relationships with some brokers or talk to factoring companies and see what they are seeing with owner operators, etc

@sarfrazghafoor print off a list of every carrier within 50 miles of where you love and go visit them. If that's not an option, pick a part of the country and stick to that...be able to talk local. Cold calling and cold emailing take time, but thr question you should ask your self is how many carriers or drivers have I followed back up with. The 1st no...may be not that time...how many carriers have you followed back up with?

I think she lost him at 10%. I think he was already half gone at the beginning when she introduced herself. She DID forget to call him back & he called her out on it. Loads are paying poorly these days but dispatchers don't want to cut rates. But they still want to be "team players". I realize that 4% is low. $79 for the load I'm running right now. I agree, he may have been messing with her with that 4% because I think she got on his bad side at the beginning. But, 4% is a starting point for negotiating. To her credit, she moved the conversation to one of value. Overall, these were all really good calls in my opinion.
