Correction: we get fewer cruise ships because our government wants it that way. They refuse to build a separate port for cargo (we 100%) depend on import. So the two piers have to be shared with cruise, cargo and everything else despite the piers no longer being adequate for unloading container ships and such. They recently even reduced the amount of cruise ships coming in for that reason. We have more than double the population compared to 10 years ago and yet we have the same two piers.
