Unveiling the Secrets of Gold Stamp Ink

Where can I get the stamp made? Can I get away with really fine details? Example: The Nintendo Seal of Quality has the actual Nintendo oval with lettering in a gold printed seal that’s usually super-tiny… especially for Game Boy games and such. If I wanted similarly tiny text, I feel the letters would turn to gold dots. :(
