Supra/Moomba and regal are actually the brands I’m looking at for an upgrade. What are your thoughts on the LS4 surf? We are new to surfing and realistically may spend more time cruising around and coving out. We boat on Table Rock in Missouri and it can get pretty rough. I know the forward facing boats don’t do as well as a v drive, but for rec surfers, what are your thought?

Anything with a Volvo Surf Drive will suck at surfing. Minus that, Regal,Cobalt,Chapparal are great boats. Yet they aren’t surf boats, not by a long shot.

@@andyeighttre have you actually surfed behind any of these boats? Saying they suck at surfing doesn't seem like a fair assessment. Sure they won't compete with a V Drive, but that doesn't mean they suck at it.
