To my knowledge they don’t, they do provide an allowance for books and stationary though that can be used towards a laptop, but maybe the people I know who were on it had laptops so maybe things have changed

It’s 50-50, you still have Mid-year Matric results that you can use for most bursaries, however ones like Thuthuka really look mostly on your grade 11

You have to be a CA(SA) to be an RA but you don’t have to be an RA to be a CA. Basically if you want to sign off audit reports then you register as RA, you have to be a CA first in order to be allowed to register

@@Zintle i think you should make a whole video about the RA designation 😊and what can you do with it besides audit...Cos, im really confused becos theres Audit managers who are CA(SA) doing auditing without having to register as an RA💁💁

@@lubabaloandrew7054 Hey Luba, you can be an Audit Manager/ Senior Manager however you cannot sign off the Audit Report. You will need a superior who is a CA to sign it. I will do a whole video, I think it will be valuable to share the information.

Hey Marie, there are some bursaries available not many though. You apply when UNISA opens applications which I think are currently open.
