Mujhse se bhi chest size and shoe size pucha hai office ki ladki ne 3 bar mere kandhe par haath bhi rakha tha jab me chair par baitha tha, usko warn kiya fir bhi wo chipki ja rahi hai to me bhi uncomfortable feel kar raha hu Manager se complain kiya to wo bolte hai lucky guy enjoy karo, 😢 ye sab to kya law mujhe bhi same services privilege dene ko tayyar hai in any type of harassment or Men's can't be Victims and can't demand same punishment is this Law

Dheere dheere log job meinn rakhna hi band kar denge, ya mahilao ka alag department bana denge, because the consequences are serious in terms of jib, livelihood. Better hire men, because everything getting called Harrasement. Kal ko kaam batana bhi harrasement ho jayega, waise bhi ye leave, wo leave, long working hours not possible, morning late,... Bahut jyada liberty as if business is pampering

Bhai - Woh already hai. Mere hi office ka case hai. Ek ka Wicket aise hi gaya. He was thinking something deeply by looking at the girls direction, he was staring at all to her. Just thinking to resolve one critical issue. Bas......! Khatam, Tata, Good Bye, Gaya.......! POSH mein nikal diya. Baad mein us Project ka Dubba Gol ho gaya and Company has to face lose. The Superior Called him back, he rejected by saying "Go To Hell With You, Your Girls and Your Company". Aur 2015 mein, jabse ek US Company ko Kharida hai, tabse sabhi Male Employees ko POSH ki Dhamki mil rahi hai. Kyunke jo Managers are all Leftist Ideology Followers.

In the time of a shift in our society to modernization and westernization it is becoming difficult for both male and female to cope up with changes.. one class is of an advanced one in both and another is completely conservative. Every woman has a different set of boundary. Talking about mentrual cycle is still taboo in many homes. All those men saying they should not be even talking to woman or similar stuff.. kindly acknowledge you have not seen the people live neither observed their body language... But judges did. So, i believe it's important to consider the factors behind this judgement.

Bahut jyada subjective ho gaya hai ye law bina haath pair ke, ek ordinary behavior bhi hota hai, haath milana, phone number maangna, greetings bhejna, Facebook request bhejna, common hai, agar sab kuch offence hoga hoga, to har aadmi akele mein baitha rahega, kyuki, kal ko kisi se baat karna bhi Harrasement ban jaayega, because other person feel uncomfortable. Such oversensitive is abnormal. Haven't we seen our prime minister shaking hands, or jaishankar with women delegates. Some things are part of ordinary conduct, warna devia to pehle parde mein rehti thi. Uncomfortable test is not practical.

iss case ke hisab se… mahila jisse bole door raho to wo door ho jaye aur mahila jisse bole pass aao to wo pass aa jaye… warna iss court me baithe judge ke hisab se wo tab bhi uncomfortable hai ki mahila ne bulaya aur tum gye nahi… harassment aur taklif huyi bechari ko… fark nahi padta tera man tha yaa nahi lekin usko hurt hua

After looking at the incident like this . I always avoids talking to women. 20 years ago our parents says situation not good for women But now things are not good for men.😢😢😢

महिलाओं को हर चीज ओर हर बात पे इतना uncomfortable होता है तो job ही नहीं करनी चाहिए. Court का judgement बिल्कुल गलत है क्यूकी ये केसे मान सकते हैं कि केवल महिलाओं को जो भी comfortable या uncomfortable लगेगा उनके हिसाब से ही workplace पे काम होगा ओर क्या पुरुष वर्ग का कोई आत्मसम्मान या अस्तित्व नहीं रह गया समाज में, पुरुष वर्ग को ही केवल दोषी मान लेना एक गिरी हुई मानसिकता का प्रतीक है परंतु जो पुरुषों के साथ अब अत्‍याचार हो रहे हैं महिलाओं द्वारा उसके लिए ये पुरुष वर्ग ही जिम्मेदार है जो महिलाओं को भगवान समझ बैठे ओर जो घटिया मानसिकता लेकर केवल महिलाओं को महान बताते हैं और पुरुष ही पुरुष को नीचे गिराने की कोशिश में खुद पुरुष वर्ग का अस्तित्व खोते जा रहे हैं

महिलाओं के साथ काम करना बड़ा मुश्किल होती है। काम वे करती नहीं लेकिन निर्देश का पालन का मतलब कुछ भी निकाल लेती हैं। कभी कभी महिलाएं साथी कर्मचारी से पूछती हैं में कैसी लग रही हूं। कभी कुछ अपने फिल्मी डायलाग बोल दिया तो मतलब क्या निकाल ले पता नहीं? ऐसी कोई जगह भी नहीं जहां महिला न हो। पुरुष के लिए विकट समस्या है। महिलाओ को discomfort तब लगता है जब उसके हितों के विपरीत काम हो।महिलाएं ज्यादा ऐसी हरकतें करती हैं और उनके विरुद्ध शिकायत करके देखो, समझ आ जायेगा।

यार एक बात समझ नही आती अगर आप कॉरपोरेट में हो, घर से बाहर निकलती है तो कानून से ज्यादा आपको ऐसा बनना पड़ेगा की कोई आपको परेशान ना कर पाए, कई लड़कियां आती है कोर्ट में वकालत करने छुई मुई सी, यार दुनिया बहुत गंदी और घटिया है और सच मानिए, 70 प्रतिशत केस में एक लड़की को परेशान करने के पीछे किसी दूसरी लड़की का ही हाथ होता है, इसका हल, इसका एक ही हल है, तन,मन से मजबूत होना, जहां शब्दो की जरूरत हो शब्द से और जहा हाथ पैर की जरूरत हो वहा हाथ पैर से आपको खड़ा होना पड़ेगा, आप ये उम्मीद ना रखे की कोई पुरुष आपको बचाने आए या कोई दुसरा, कानून हर जगह आपके साथ नही होगा, और घर से बाहर निकलने के बाद विशेषकर लड़किया याद रखे, घर और बाहर में अंतर होता है, ये बाद हम लड़के लड़कियों की तुलना में बहुत पहले समझ लेते है

Ladki k saath bura ya ladka ka bantadhaar ... itni baaareeki se sab kuch janne k liye pls ek mic aur lagwa lo cctv k saath so that voice pitch, n intension bhi clear ho jaye voice se, remote screen ka access Manager ko view only hona chahiye, fir peechhe ni khada hona hoga, ek counselling and reporting honi chahiye ki har mahila staff ko kya pasand hai, kab wo comfortable hai or uncomfortable hai, aur yeh sab Male colleague ko batana chahiye aur male colleagues aage se saaari, 1, 2 ya 5 female staffs k baarein mein yeh sab yaad rakhe aur fir apna kaam kre ki aage office ya company ya self growth kaise krni hai ... Or hire such teams which doesn't have a single female ,,, so any such issues will be removed ... Ab bindass kaam kro yaar ...
