The reason why the gromp loops is bc the burn from jungle starter item continues after the gromp resets which means it has aggro again bc it got damage which means it runs towards the aggressor which is heimerdinger. The turrets damage the gromp reapplying jungle item burn and it loses patience and resets when it is activated again by jungle item passive the cycle of life and death continues.
