TASHA!! I gotta correct you on something . No disrespect, I think you meant to say PMDD ( Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) not PID ( Pelvic Inflammatory Disease). PMDD causes severe physical & emotional symptoms pre- period. Just checking in as someone who has PMDD. I recommend all women ( the very young and old) get screened for it. Most of what we think are “ normal “ symptoms, are not. Same with heavy periods , cramping , etc - get screened for Endometriosis. Thanks for coming to my TED talk. 💜 you TASHA!!!
