That second match has to be rage inducing to be on the receiving end of it, makes the fog launchers seem a little to strong if you are not prepared for them but that's the point of a rush, a very clever play by DM.

To make this clear: the correct order of the matches is 1. stalactites 2. vanilla 3. up % down I don´t know why it is mixed up like this here because I even asked in the discord server that they upload the replays in the correct order for the casters but looks like that didn´t work out too well :D

Honestly I feel smoke is too potent. Like it's fine preventing AA, but removing any ability to repair or rebuild there is nonsense.

Seems like it should be overused by how meta it seems to be in 2v2s But i know why its so op, its balanced around 1v1s, where its usually too resource and api innefficient to use them, but in 2v2s where your teammate can just be the one with weapons its broke af

DM wins first game and second, then loses the 3rd game (Which shouldn't be played at all in a BO3 after one team got 2 wins already) and all of a sudden they lose 2 - 1 against PA? Seems legit.

It's just some sort of glitch, if you check the actual match stats on the tournament it shows that DM won the match.

I just thought of a tactic for wind turbines. If you put a shield in front of a wind turbine, it is powered by the wind turbine, but that only protects from lasers. What if you put a door in front alongside the turbine and you have it open at all times, but when a 20mm or a barrage or whatever comes, you close it so that the wind turbines are protected?

The team labels on the bottom are mixed up. The first match shows that DM is on the right and PA on the left. The right side wins. Going into the second game, the labels show that PA with a 1 and DM with a 0 indicating that PA won. DM also wins this one. In the third match, each side is 1-1. PA wins according to the bottom labels. But DM wins the match.

Was Danke Merkle punished for using cheese? I would think that Incursus just made a casting mistake, but why was there even a third match? Cheese is a legit strat with a high risk/reward, not to mention very entertaining. If it isn't wanted in this league, that should be adressed at a software level, or by bans, not an invalidation of a win after the fact.

@@tamacleod6371 I thought that might be the case as well, but at the beginning of the third match incursus mentioned that finally nobody was using cheese, which would imply that the first two matches, in which they did use cheese, already happened. Quite weird. I understand mistakes can happen, and truth be told I wouldn't mind if they just did three matches irregardless, as long as teams get to use any strategy that they can make work. *Edit* ah, but Incursus just confirmed the matches were out of order.

just wondering why is the match format just 1 and 1 vs 1 and 1 because of the map design and placing? because when ever 1 player down 1 v 2 is seems impossible to comeback because of how difficult to gain ground and no opponents will let others to claim the destroyed base i do remember back then incursus playin casually on a map where both team have their base on the same ground and everyone can have control on the base even when one reactor got destroyed. so i wonder why that kind of map wasnt played in the league.. is it just unbalanced? would love to see that kind of map on league too

As a viewer, I find missile games extremely boring. Its just a slot machine with many attempts afforded to you. Nukes should be WAY more expensive and not be drunk. The drunk makes it stupid.

I kinda miss playing Forts... but I just can't stand the commander changes. Just feels like with the new abilities so much damage goes out in burst that there just no defending if people aim well. I mean when a single weapon goes through 3 layers of wood, and 3 layers of metal... why bother. There are just so few interesting come backs now.
