We are very exited to share this new and unique feature to our community.
Players on UO SAGAS will be able to upgrade and expand their houses. Not only Secures, Lockdowns & Vendors but also the complete House! This feature will be available on all player houses.
This feature was really important to us, because it enables you to expand your house with your demand and progress in game. On the other side we make sure to provide enough living-space for everyone.

Add basements instead of 3rd stories, houses that are three stories high become problematic and block views of other houses and make the world seem less esthetically pleasing.
