Immigration 101: A Brief Introduction to Immigration Law

This CLE session will present an introduction and review of the relevant government agencies and the definitions of key immigration terms, and provide an overview of inadmissibility and deportability grounds, the family-based immigration process, paths to U.S. citizenship, removal proceedings, recent Executive Orders, and current immigration policy.
