@@snugglecity3500 I think too many people hear 'sling' and think 'slingshot' (American). What they don't realize is that a sling could have generated far more energy than a bow of the time and an accurate hit from a trained slinger could probably kill anything that walks.

If High hardness rolled armour is 100mm thick, it’s effective thicknes is 125mm. 25% better than rolled homogenous armour. Checked from the Pz.III L. It’s 20mm High hardness rolled armour adds 25mm overall against AP shells

Part of the issue is that nowadays the KV-1 has to face many more enemies with guns that can pen it compared to back in the day, and this combined with it's comparatively un-angled armor means you have to be much more careful about your placement in relation to the enemy, even in the KV-1E. I loved playing the thing way, way, way back in the day, when you could count on your hands the things that could threaten you and you could legitimately just roll on to a point and tank a ridiculous amount of hits, but those days are gone.

Great stuff dollar, I always enjoy your stuff man. Let's see how you do AGAINST this bias with say...M4A5. I don't do as well as I used to up against the KV-1 and T34 spam. Lot's of "volumetric" armor on them and I was surprised that your first few video caps were quite short. I never have that kind of luck against the KV1 and T34, especially lately. Their spalling is unlike anything else in WT, seriously. When you can still get 10+ kills in the KV1 even with a full up-tier...yeah, no bias at all right? Have fun man! ;D

High hardness steel has a positive armor modifier of about +10 ish percent, making 16mm effectively 18 or so. RHA is baseline, so the stated thickness is its value, and cast is worse.

Kv1 Zis-5 is the king of low tier monsters. Also the German Kv1 is a monster. T14 is soft in side turret cheeks as well. L or R of mantlet will go through. GG Dollar! Low tier is best tier.

Hey Dollar, High Hardess Rolled Homogenous Armor (HHRHA) is denser and provides more protection than regular RHA (iirc 12%) but is also more brittle, which makes it spall more, not a problem here since it's above normal armor.
