Does this elevator have a selective-collective controller? (i.e. up & down buttons on each landing, elevator will bypass calls in the opposite direction of travel)? Also, the controller is labeled Otis on the nameplate, correct? It doesn't look like a typical Otis controller, but it looks like it has an Otis nameplate, and it may be a rarer model of Otis controller. Also, you have another video of a similar looking controller, is that the same elevator or a different one?

Yep sure does. Also has emergency service as it is in a former hospital
