Up close with Jackson Holliday at his MLB debut at Fenway Park

Yes, his handwriting sucks but I'm pretty sure his hitting will improve. I got Jackson Holliday (MLB's No. 1 prospect) to sign a baseball for me before his very first game in the big leagues, and I'm giving it away right here as a prize on KZbin. In order to have a chance to win, here's what you need to do:

Basically I'm asking people to pledge money for each baseball that I snag in 2024. You can pledge/donate as little as one penny per ball (which will end up being about a $3 or $4 donation), but if you donate at least 10 cents per ball, you'll be eligible to win some really cool prizes including (1) an A2K glove from Wilson, (2) a custom bat from Birdman Bats, (3) an Andrew Vaughn signed jersey, (4) a ball signed by Michael Young, and (5) an Evoshield goody bag. But okay, back to Fenway Park for a moment . . . this game took place on April 10, 2024 between the Boston Red Sox and Baltimore Orioles. My main goal, other than simply witnessing it, was to catch Jackson Holliday's 1st MLB home run, but unfortunately the young phenom -- playing 2nd base and batting 9th -- went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts. It was still an incredible night, though, and I'm excited to share the experience with you in this video.

I would love to have that Jackson Holliday signed ball. Because I missed out badly on getting his autograph in Low-A Delmarva. He signed for 20 minutes after the game. But when Jackson got to the last 10 people down the line. He said “sorry guys gotta go”. I cried my heart out in the car riding home that night. Knowing that it was probably as close and easily I could get his autograph.

Thank you Zack, great video, as usual. On May 2, 1999, when I was just a toddler, I saw my first live television game featuring an MLB team. On that day, the Baltimore Orioles were defeated by the Cuban national team in a friendly game. My grandpa was at Fenway that night, and he took pics for me. From that day on, my favorite team was the Orioles. I have been following you since I lived in Cuba, with pirate internet lol. I am just starting my collection of baseball memorabilia. Moved from Cuba to Toronto just to accomplish my goal of see every single MLB team. It would be great to have that Jackson Holliday's signed ball, but it might be harder for me to get it, harder than it is for you to get a foul ball at Fenway. Keep making us happy with you work!

Matt Holliday was my favorite Colorado Rockies player, never got to meet him, but would love to add Jackson's ball to my very modest but growing baseball memorabilia collection. Mostly it's made up of guys I used to cover back in my TV news days. My wife and I have no kids of our own but my baseball collection is mostly made up of balls, bobbleheads and jerseys of the kids I covered. I have been an Orioles fan for as long as I can remember and it is absolutely amazing to see them playing so well. I met you at camden yards back in 2022 and it was cool to see you in action. The only game I have been to this season was april 13th against the brewers, which was the only game Jackson Holliday did not play in since making his debut. So getting such an awesome ball with his signature on it would definitely make up for it. Keep it up Zack!
