Really cool stuff --- just a bit larger it and it could just lift an entire concrete truck to where the concrete is needed..... or pick an entire container of material off a semi and put the entire thing close to where needed (to be unload as the material is needed - either by hand or smaller machines upper floors could bear the weight of driving around)......
