Hi, friend! Have you ever had the problem with arpeggio that is not playing when SH201 is set up as an external instrument? I use SH201 in ableton, a midi channel sends notes to SH201 and an audio channel receives the sound from SH201. But when I choose an ARP preset on SH201, it plays only single notes instead of the arpeggiated( Do you know a fix by chance?

The SH-201 cannot create arpeggiated sequence from external midi note data as far as I know. Just tried it becuase your question and it doesnt work from daw. It plays arpeggio only from its own keyboard, or external midi keyboard connected to it (local switch / external keyboard must be set on or off in the editor or read the manual for the key combination, I cant remember the exact settings). Program your apreggios manually in your daw, thats the easy way to work around.
