We can’t say that every one can take beef .. We can say food style should depend on the body type.. If a person has gastrointestinal problem he should not take red meats.. Otherwise it might aggravate ur problems Only lean meat protein and sea foods which is easily digestible he should take … Many people I have seen including me tried many allopathy medecine due to doctors recommendations no cure finally went to homeopathy, siddha Ayurveda , yoga came out of the disease.. Even allopathy doctors even if ask them they won’t give me medicine… they will tell me the side effects what will happen If I take it… Even no physchatrist recommended tablets for anxiety they told me to do yoga.. this is what MBBS , MD , PHD graduated doctors suggesting… Other than that extremely I’ll people need medication…( because even if it has side effect it’s necessary to make them live or expand their life span despite of the Illness that’s where allopathy helps)
