Shuhua recently revealed Cube was very indirect about managing their idols' weights. It's something we see in the entertainment, fashion, advertising industries throughout the world, so it's not something unique to K-pop agencies... but still very disheartening to see nonetheless. My hope though is that we continue to see Idle be open about things like this. There needs to be more dialogue about promoting good health, rather than just being skinny.

Referring to the end credit scene, it's shocking and disgusting whenever I find out how much idols weigh. I think about how skinny I am at 5'2" and 120 pounds and I truly worry for them. I know Asian people have thinner frames in general, but not by that much. I hope these girls know how truly loved they are and that it has nothing to do with what they look like.
