Up, Up, and Away

Up, up, and away - our new giraffe-feeder system allows our growing herd to munch on browse at natural heights more easily. Keepers can now use pulleys to lift yummy acacia and other favorite foods to giraffe-high levels.
The feeder system was made possible thanks to generous donors like you who met the $10,000 matching gift challenge put forth last fall by the Dennis DeDomenico family. Thank you all for stepping up and making this possible!
