Clearly Lala is not sharing the full story b/c why would Jess have felt compelled to post something that “if she had the opportunity to say Goodbye she would have”. If Lala was ok with her leaving she would have let Jess say “bye” on the pod. My guess is - she asked for more $$ or something else maybe a stake in her company b/c she’s probably been presented with opportunities in the past Lala said “No” and then fired her.

Lala in my opinion lack insight & self reflection. I find her arrogant and above it all. I think that’s why it’s so easy for her to betray her friends and find an excuse to put the blame on them. Just like she never admitted that she mistress for a Randall. I remember all the VPR girls at that time (Stassi, Katie, Kristin, Sheana) telling her he was married & questioned her character (when Katie called her a whore in the of pump ally lmao). The only one that did not judge her was Ariana, even against Sheana. Lala is a bad person.
