I've always felt that whenever any player desired a trade or free agency, it's okay, let the go. I LOVE Devontea, but if he needs to find another team, them let him go. Or trade him to the team he wants to go to, if a trade would be beneficial for us. If a player wants to go, his heart, or his head, won't be in the game and it would do NIETHER party ANY good because we wouldn't get that player's best effort... typically.
