Just furious that not a single doctor I have seen including neurologists, neuro ophs, neuro optometrists, functional neurologists and a dozen others never ever suggested a thiamine deficiency. I have been suffering for 5 months undiagnosed except for 5 brain scans that repeatedly showed vertical nystagmus while every other doctor I've seen dismissed it.

Great videos ! Quick question: Why is horizontal nystagmus caused by both peripheral and central mechanisms while vertical nystagmus is only considered to be driven by central causes ?
