Rohit আমি তোমার সব ভিডিও গুলো দেখি l খুব ভালো লাগে l গড়িয়াহাট বা কোলকাতার অন্যান্য জায়গায় হউকর্স দের নিয়ে যদি কোনো ভিডিও বানাও খুব ভালো হয় l আসলে এটা আমাদের একটা বড় সমস্যা l আমি যেহেতু গড়িয়াহাট এ থাকি এত সুন্দর আমাদের গড়িয়াহাট এর ভিউ সেটা এইসব অস্থায়ী দোকান গুলো যেভাবে বড় বড় পলিথিন দিয়ে ঘিরে রেখে নষ্ট করছে ভাবলে খুব খারাপ লাগে l সরকার যদি এই বিষয় একটু আলোকপাত করে ভালো হয় l একটা স্কাই ওয়াক করে সেখানে যদি দোকান গুলো শিফট করা যায় খুব ভালো হয় l

There are major 6 projects in Howrah and Hooghly. 1. Joyville by Shapoorji Pallonji 2. Alcove New Kolkata 3. Sugam Urban Lakes 4. Shiram Grand City 5. Sunrise Meadow 6. Bungalow Bari by Unimark Specially you missed Shapoorji Pallonji Joyville Project. This is one of the beautiful project near Santragachi. Who have restricted it ?? There are Many projects which is happening in kolkata now above 30floors. Actually one reason can be there as because peoples in bengal use to have the culture of staying their own houses rather staying in apartments earlier thats why it may be but now the thinking is changing i guess.

@@BengalWithRohit Ya it can be and AAI does not disturbs in builfings till 90metre .. Greater than that they take a lot of time to give allowance .. Thats why not very large buildings are built .. And slowly the mindset of people are changing and hence kolkata has again started developing faster

Very Basic. Not even sure there is anything worth discussing. If she wouldnt be doing even that much also, then we would have been worse than Bihar. This Mamata Banerjee is stuck in a rut. She is not evolving with time. Whatever development is happening now is also happening in Tier 2 cities like Lucknow, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati etc. Other major cities that were nothing compared to Kolkata 50 years back are 25 years more advanced now including even unimaginable places like Ahmedababd, Pune, Surat, not even to mention Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai and NCR. And every time there is some talk of modern township, they always show New Town like "Kumirer chhana". Small advise: Let her please improve connectivity between cities in West Bengal. Create other tier 1-2 cities to take off load from Kolkata. Just ditch Kolkata. This NJP/Siliguri belt has so much potential and it is kind of growing on its own right with practically no patronage from the Mamata Government. She is too busy in her Jalsas, artist felicitations and all kinds of unnecessary Lazy Bong trivia. live in perpetual denial.
