Nobody is irreplaceable. Deleting a well established character, one that appeared long before the MCU, out of (well deserved) respect for Chadwick Boseman, doesn't make sense. Superman was not deleted as cinematic character after Christopher Reeve's accident. Shakespeare's plays are still performed long after Sir Laurence Olivier's death. Life goes on.

T'Challa is a character existing since the 60s. Not replacing the actor basically shows that they consider that the character is not important. No one would ever even suggest that Kal-El or Bruce Wayne would be replaced by a distant cousin or a clone because the actor playing him died.

The best way to reintroduce T'Challa would be in FF: First Steps. We know they're from another universe and they'll make their way over to the sacred timeline, bring their universe's T'Challa along with them. It would be a awesome callback to the comics, since the Black Panther was first shown in a FF comic.

Recast after his death would’ve felt disrespectful (showing that he is replaceable), the best way to honor him is to have the mantle be passed on in the film while also acknowledging what his version on black panther stood for in the context of said film (black panther 3). If they want to continue the black panther, I think they should use a someone that is not t’challa but rather another person who takes up the mantle

It is no about Honoring, or more specifically "Dishonoring" the actor. Nobody's gonna take anything away from the actor and/or the man. But absence of the character is already felt greatly. So, definitely bring the character back. No it won't be may be as good as Chadwick or, as well received but, we need the character.

None of those characters were in the situation the character of T'Challla was in at that time. The guy playing him unexpectedly died. The director of the movie and some of the actors were close friends with Boseman. Recasting him now a few years later I can understand, but NOT on the heels of his death. In retrospect, they should've delayed a second movie until now.
