Hutch basically searched up the best cars in the off-road, drag and city meta and just added 5~10 RQ's to them without considering wether they were already rightfully rated.

If any of you Topdrives KZbinrs worked at Hutch and we're in charge of the rairty changes update, then I know you all can make it correct, but that's just my opinion, but no disrespect and no offense to hutch at all but I just wish they knew how to make the rarity changes better to be honest, but I have seen Blossom charger's youtube video of him being at Hutch HQ

The Good: 4WD perf is going down and being more balanced. The Bad: Off Roads are gonna be super expensive now which is very annoying, The Ugly, dumb 3rq rule is gonna mess up this whole meta change. I also hate how they move a ton of cars up, i think a few should go up but 80% of the rarity change should of been cars going down

Also Bad: Dragsters getting heavy rq uppies. Hemi Cuda 33-44 is insanity.

​@artkatt, the m5 going from 64-71 is bonkers. Yes it's insane, but the top speed being 155 can't warrant it being that high.

Why the hell the gmc sierra 1500 AT4 is rq 69 it handles like non existence , m5 gonna replace the cadillac ct4 - v now, so rest in peace m5 you gonna be useless now

artkatt I agree with your video but I am disappointed in the wave 2 rarity changes because of some of the cars going up in rarity when there are cars that were ok in there rairty so there was no need for them to go ok in rarity but they went up in rarity which is sad, I had 2 of the jaguars that went up to epic, these rarity changes are very disappointed I'm not impressed at all with the bad of the rarity changes, but at least there is some good with the rarity changes which made me happy, I maxed out my Mitsubishi Raider Baja today, I apologize if I made more than one comment I was trying to edit the one comment
