Dawg idk if its a luck issue but whenever i complete a tier in solo raids i get only amulets, low level ones at that( the highest level i got was a around 3-5). does this hapen for anyone else?

Yea it’s actually not a bug if you look at his passive it says health regen per power bar actively restored. That mean while you gain power, he regenerates health it’s how it was supposed to origanally be
