Yes! Very annoyed there's no "select all"! On the switch it's not like you have a cursor that you can put on each box. After you select something it jumps down to the collection table so you have to keep going back up back over to the box and then it goes back down again

Did anyone else notice that the Star Path seems to have been made harder and with less reward? The first remove night thorns said to remove 50 and you only got 5 rewards instead of the 10. Used to be remove 30, then 40, then 50 but it started out with 50 this time. Most of the rewards all start with only 5 instead of 10 rewards for each task completed.

I really hate that they made it harder. It's going to take me all the way to the end of the star path to finish it. I remember getting 20 tokens for each task way back the first star path.

It is only 5 for the first three pages for the tasks from what I heard and then it goes up to 10 per task after that. It usually takes me a long to do the Star Path anyways so now that it is harder I feel like it will take even more time.

In the “settings” tab u see “gameplay” you can turn scramblecoin requests on/off 😃

Did anyone notice you. Am now toggle the character Scramblecoin request off under settings>Gameplay> Enable Scramblecoin Requests. This turns off the bubble above the characters heads. I’m so happy they added this setting!

The vacuum DOES require mist, it's just busted. (1) no select all option anymore so you have to click each individually & (2) no more displayed cost, but check how much mist you have before and after. Funnily enough, they still didn't fix the fact that most of the times after using it, the auto placing stuff in chests does not work anymore. Several things seem to be bused. For example, used to scroll my seeds when gardening with E. Now I can only use my mouse to select. At least keeping E pressed works still.

Honestly, I don't like how they changed the vacuum. It's less clear for users (hence the confusion on mist cost), and it's less user friendly -- selecting each item to collect individually is tedious. I'd rather "Select All" then unselect whatever I'd like to leave in my valley. I hope they readjust things in the future!

Something I’m really happy about is I can make my character look like a demon now with the red skin, the ability to change the contact colors, plus the horns from a past starpath. I hope to see what unique avatars others will make. So much more possibilities now.

A few neat facts. You can now leave your house at any floor! No more going back to the first floor! 2. Star path filter has been added to scrooges shop when you order things and you can get 1000 items a day! Also, you can now turn off villages asking you to play the chess game. Some neat updates.

Is it me, before the update when using the advanced ancient vacuum it showed how much mist you needed, but it still uses your mist it is not free to use

Just a helpful hint, Mike does NOT like being out in the rain! 🌧️ If it's raining and you are hanging out with him, as soon as it started to rain, he jumped up yelled "ah!" and subtracted some friendship points on me... Shucks lol It surprised me to hear him yelp from rain. Just a helpful hint of you're trying to level him up lol!

Two more tips for you: you can TURN OFF scramblecoin in settings under gameplay. Also splinters count as nightthorns for starpath duties now, they didn't in the last one.

Another discovery I just made! - On switch rather than giving people in your friends list a code you are able to just invite them directly! Haven’t tested how it works exactly yet but that’s new!

I think it's Boo's door or something related because before I unlocked the Monster's Realm and looked at the top floor, middle door, the door was not "unlocked" with the circle glowing like in your video. When I unlocked the Monester's Realm and then went up a floor and looked at that door again, that door was also unlocked and glowing...

My Forgotten glitches out when I talk to her since the update. Her head shakes uncontrollably now and she looks like she had too much caffeine. It is kind of funny actually. Anyone else notice this now? I also noticed that when Mike and Sulley got to Dreamlight Valley they both immediately went to sleep when I set down their apt. I thought it was super annoying bc I couldn't continue their mission. It was 3 am at the time so maybe that is just their sleep schedule. Lol

You can now exit your main house from any floor instead of having to go back to the ground floor first! I was keeping a list of the furniture and clothing items prior to the update cause I was having trouble remembering what all I had and whatnot and several things have changed there. Peter Pan now has a slot for a single clothing piece that wasn't in the previous update. The Sleeping Beauty category for clothing, which was 1 item, has been removed. The "NON-DISNEY-RELATED" furniture tab has had 52 items removed, presumably moved to other more appropriate categories. The "Lilo & Stitch" tab is missing 2 items as well. We have 47 items added to the "Monsters Inc." Furniture tab though. The Furniture tab for Eternity Isle is now a mess ... It looks like a lot of things are potentially bugged out there.

In the monster in realm u can get 3 pieces of a key card and then craft them together and then got to the last door 🚪 on the laugh floor n u can get a hat that is monster eyes

The new Realm door must be something to with one of Mike or Sully's friendship quests. Maybe it leads to the Monsters University? Another secret I found is when you check the Character collections page for Dreamlight Valley, you'll see that Anna's outfit from Frozen 1 is coming to the game soon. Probably in the premium shop?

I'm new to the game and not really sure what all the Star Path stuff is about with all the pictures but I have played the game 117 hours in the last month to the point were I finished to the ending game credits. Not sure if this is new but I just discovered on switch while selling my pumpkins I held the A button and it selected all the pumpkins in my inventory. I don't normally hold the button so not sure if that was possible before, never seen anyone do it on streams so thought I'd add to your list

The Belle Bundle is a big improvement and should have been offered when the Premium Shop opened. They would have sold more bundles. My newest Profile needs a 2nd house for the DLC and this one will be perfect. Both Switch Console haven't received their Dreamsnap rewards and it says it's still processing. Happy they fixed Fairy Godmother Quest.

@stevenfenner7345 - To get the gliding animation to work, your energy bar has to be in the yellow (eat high energy items to get there). Then, go outside, press the shift key while pressing whichever key you use to walk or tun - you will glide! When the energy bar drops down from yellow into blue, your avatar will just continue at normal speed.

I don't know for how long this has been, but you can place multiple player houses in the same biome. I thought you could only place one per biome, but I could be wrong.

You've been able to place more than one in a biome for a while. You can have one of each house skin in the valley (if you can find any room for them) AND can use those same houses once each in the DLC area too

You get them when you start the Monsters, Inc realm. You need to disguise yourself to get onto the Laugh Floor and there's a clothing pouch in the lockers by the entrance that has them. After that they go into the same section as earrings :)

I noticed they nerfed the progression in Starpaths by making everything only count for 5 points. Going to take a LOT longer to complete it now.
