Wow moving to the wild wilderness of Vancouver Island. Really cool. There is a great hobby shop for plastic models in Victory you will need to look into. There are also a few good hobby shops in Vancouver City. Also, although have not been, have heard there is a pretty good model community with shows on the island, but seems like there are less on the mainland. I’ll be interested when you start building your first BC Ferry, seems like something you might do. Good luck with move. Maybe she you at a show there or down in WA.
