First problem with a bad neighbor: Don't go back without the owner n make sure he has paperwork. Life is stressful and wasting time n money ain't worth the loss. The other thing is u can check your schedule to c if there r upcoming jobs that u'd be using the same stuff for n offer them an earlier date. If they want the job sooner, u'll still make money that day

Congrats on the truck. I traded my 08 F-350 and bought a 2019 F-450 this year. They can't be beat for towing.

2019 is the ultimate truck in my opinion. No big flaws. Still has the 6 speed. Well equipped with technology. New engine should be in mine by the end of next month thankfully. Lacey can drive the 23 😂 I’m taking my 19 back

You need to get a drone in the air to show what you do from the air while you are mulching. You can just set the drone to follow you for 30 min while you drive the machine, then fast forward in post that would look really cool. Larry

They don't follow equipment lol. I have to fly it with one hand and run the machine with the other. 4 joysticks, 2 throttles, and obstacle avoidance in the air and on the ground. It's exhausting 😪

@@TheTreeShop If you have a DJI, you can "train" it to follow your tractors, trucks, Cats, or dogs lol My mavik 3 stays on our New holland baler like a hawk

Collect video footage of the target vehicle using your drone and annotate the data. Train your object detection model (e.g., YOLO) using TensorFlow or PyTorch, and integrate it with OpenCV for real-time detection and tracking using DeepSORT. Deploy the optimized model on an NVIDIA Jetson device mounted on the drone and use the DJI SDK for flight control based on tracking outputs. ** Easier than it sounds as long as you have a windows, and not a mac**

Thats where you made a mistake with the police. Get a copy of the ownership of the strip of land. As well as the other land show the cop. You see, eazement is disputed land and civil matter. If you can show then you own the land treaspass them

Practically new machine with low hours would sell easily in this market. As for the nasty lady, definit5ely have the owner present when you go back.

Not even an easement but HIS PROPERTY...Aha!!! Hilarious!!! Have a lawyer on retainer. As a business, you should always have one. A proper lawyer would remove your worries about the dump truck and his dirt, aka, crazy lady would pay to put the dirt where she said it can't go. And always hit them with damages and court costs especially when you're going to win.

Sounds to me like they are trying to take the land for themselves via squatter’s rights. If the owner improves the property, ie: putting in a dirt driveway, they have to start the squatter time line over again. I hope your client either sold the place or found a way to improve his lot and took them to court.

If the larger area and the access were a single lot I've heard them called flag lots (the access is over what would be the flag pole.) If they are separately identified parcels, the long, narrow lot that is not wide enough to build a permitted structure, it would be called an access parcel.
