I have been on bup fora year and i hate everything about it. I had 5 years clean with no subs or bup and relapsed and got stuck on bup. I stopped for 27 days cold turkey in march. Bad idea. I hope you succeed

I could imagine cold turkey would be horrible. Tapering off would make it a lot easier for you, even though getting off subs isn't an easy feat, buts it's definitely doable if you put your mind to it. And thanks, I'm currently 135 days off and never going back to subs, or any kind of opioids!
