Impy i have an idea but im not sure how much you'll like it. Instead of cutting a bunch of stuff you wanted to do for the project, ask the other hermits for help! Its fun for everyone! Think of how you were scars maintenance guy! I know you already have bdubs as a partner, but i say the more the merrier! You can still do all the bits you're personally attached to, but can act more like a director/project manager towards the stuff that just has to get done. I love seeing the hermits collaborate, and I'd love to see how your vision pans out!

This is a long message, but hopefully you read it. First of all, I am really sorry if I became part of the problem when it comes to the negativity on the comments section. I remember saying I didn't like some decisions on how wild life was being managed and it felt like it undermined a little bit the effort put into it; it might have felt that I wanted to trash talk it and I apologize for it. About the negativity in general, though, I think a contributing factor (which I don't want to bring up, but as you mentioned that this is the first time this happened, it probably means it's not necessarily because of the holidays) might be the situation of two people leaving the server (let's leave it at that.) I believe it burst some bubbles and led some people to believe the hermits are not nice people in reality and just act like they are, or maybe they don't know the reasons and they take it out on the other hermits (tango's been having a similar issue,) or maybe something else related to it. If this issue has been around since before that, I can imagine this just worsened it. However, I can tell you this is not on you, so don't ever feel like it is you doing something wrong. About your Hermitcraft videos, I can get your point when you say that you're underperforming and letting people down because you're overpromising that you're going to do lots of stuff you never end up doing; also, your point of doing lots of projects at once, so it's reasonable to drop some stuff in favor of hermitcraft. However, I don't believe you are really a letdown; your content isn't entirely Hermitcraft and Hermitcraft is not just massive projects, whenever the hermits get together to do something, it makes whatever they're doing so entertaining, even if there's not much progress. Also, people like criticizing projects anyway, like when you covered the river in the name of progress. So don't stress too much about it; you can finish your city nicely once you really focus on your projects; you are not the only one who doesn't finish your projects entirely and those who don't end up finishing everything up aren't flopping, let alone to the point that they have to drop; and now you don't have to worry about the life series, so Hermitcraft could turn into a priority. If you feel like changing the way you promise how the season's gonna go would help, go for it, but right now it's a bit late. Finally, you haven't been "KZbin-ing" badly. You work really hard to publish content, even when you've had stuff happening like taking time off to rest, or because you were sick or because of what'd happened to Prim. I feel like people need to appreciate that more. Don't let these rough times bring you down, I'm sure you're doing the best you can and things will eventually turn around. Here's a little reminder that your first Hermitcraft episode was uploaded on January the 11th of 2015. Soooooo, it's almost 10 years since that.

The details as to why the allay dies are the following: Normally the allay takes 1 damage, then instantly heals that 1 damage, making it pretty much invincible. However, when you unload a chunk, there's a chance that the allay takes that 1 damage, but does not have the time to heal the 1 damage. When you return to the chunk, the allay will still be invincible, but will now be missing 1 damage from before, since it cannot outheal the damage that it's taking. So overtime, it will eventually die.

About your rant about focussing up I actually prefer your side projects, though. I do enjoy your hermit craft. It's normally the side things you do at the most entertaining. I really like your castle built. I think everyone loves the life series. Besides the hour straight of looking for a bone I think phisemo is great to watch. Not to mention guess the build is always amazing. I think I felt down was when you did vault hunters and taking on the super hard-core series. But every failure you have is giving you means to learn and improve and I love that journey. And if that journey means, you really want to focus up and complete this project great and if you still get distracted by side projects that you really enjoy I think that's also good

I'm a bit of a silent observer of yours, and quite a few other hermits. Just a little thing to remember, similar to ratings at restaurants, and destinations, people are way more likely to comment something negative rather than positive. Unfortunately it's just our society. Do have to say that you reflection throughout this vod is very healthy. Will say that if you are wanting to complete* your base in hermitcraft and also still get good interactions, try to include other hermits more. Could even just be like how you all teamed up to fill in the perimeter last season, so that we don't see the whole interaction (just mostly a timeslapse) but still allows you to feed your creativity and bond with fellow hermits. Do have to say I am loving this season of hermitcraft, it is feeling more relaxed and chill then previous seasons, but feels more organic and natural. It also feels like it's been so busy and non stop with videos anyway, due to guess the builds, life series, impossible minecraft and vods. I wouldn't be surprised if you see numbers improve in this next month, where people have enough time to catch up on it all. Especially as it is feeling like videos are only getting longer and longer for all creators, and for me personally I feel like I now have to make time to watch youtube. But overall, it's what you touched on. There are so many different factors that could be impacting your viewers at the moment, and probably not a lot that you could do about it. Keep on doing what your doing, and give yourself a bit of creative freedom. Looking forward to see what you do next!!

I think you nailed it with the thoughts on promising too much and letting your audience know your grand plans, on top of this you doubled down on it when you did the Imp and Skizz pod saying it's going to change and then doing a Hermitcraft episode titled time for change. Then releasing 2 or 3 hermitcraft vids in as many months after. People are hyped to see what you're going to do, you had a quiet period, then that episode indicated you were back, but you have actually been less active on hermitcraft, leading everyone to think it will just be another season where things wont be done. All this said the negative comments are inexcusable, it's you're Channel and the other content has been great entertainment, so keep it up. This isn't meant to be negative in any way. My hope is it's constructive. All love for the channel from me anyway.

hello, long time lurker of your vods channel/streams and enjoyer of your hermitcraft videos + someone who is excited about the Pulse City Project. I get where your inner frustration is coming from with the ambition to do so much with livestreaming and how that has kinda clashed with your promises/engagement a propos to the hermitcraft audience Much as I love everything you have proposed for a new twitch schedule as well as all the games that you want to build, I can see that those two ambitions do not work together (currently at least) I trust your sense as a creator to know what is best for your content and your larger supporter base and that will be entertaining. I know I will continue to watch and engage (to the extent a lurker engages) with your content, both twitch and main channel. I know I love the streams and I love hermitcraft and the 'side' series you do like GTB, Life series, Impossible minecraft I absolutely adore. also to whoever said that you were putting on being scared yadayada, they do not know the joy of watching your phasmo streams (esp those at the beginning and the apocalypse challenges). It is a joy I take great pleasure in watching as soon as the vod is up if I cannot catch it live

On the topic of PrismMC launcher, its basically just a fork of multimc that is more useful for modded minecraft, particularly updating and installing new mods quickly. Depending on how many mods you install on your vanilla+ fabric client for hermitcraft or general minecraft stuff, you may have as many mods as you do for a light mod pack, so you can find utility in some of the features. As someone who personally plays alot of more intensely modded stuff, prism is very handy

(Writing this as I watch the vod) I hate that you get so much negativity directed towards you. Its always okay to take a break from reading comments if they're affecting you. Funni thing, what got me into your content were the phasmo streams so impossible minecraft feels perfectly normal for me. Omg please yes bnjjkhbjgykjy I love tim and martyns reaction videos sm it would be awsome to see another person do them (like serez, animatics, clips, evil anvils songs, other fan songs etc etc) As a person who also suffers from fomo, I totally get being the yes man to every single project and I can see how you put your heart and soul into everything you do. just a suggestion but maybe you don't have to complete all of your projects alone? I'm sure others wouldn't mind helping you out (Just like pearl helping tango with the front of hungry hermits or skizz helping you dig). of course, this isn't saying you should overwork yourself but it might help you manage everything. Sorry to hear you are getting not so nice comments on your main channel. I don't often see them as i watch these videos on TV with our child. If it is about recent events regarding two hermits then it shouldn't be discussed on other hermits channels as has nothing to do with them. It's not fair on the other creators, especially as it something they can't comment on. Re impossible minecraft. We haven't watch it yet. Dude honestly I know you are overwhelmed and feel like you have too much on your plate but honestly I think that if you ask the other hermits for help maybe not like all of the help but at least a little bit here and there depending on the hermits strengths will allow you to get much more done in the time frame that you want and I feel it will produce a lot more and better quality content asking for help and doing collabs with the other hermits and it will be a better thing than making sure that you did it all on your own. I don't think anyone cares if you were the sole person that built the city as long as one it gets done and two you're making quality content out of it.
