As a kid, in the 60's, I went to a school in my city that was comprised of children from every color, every race, on this planet. But close friends then, were children of refugees from Ukraine, and Poland. I remember somewhat the stories their parents told us, as we listened attentively out of respect, not really understanding alot of what they had to say. I just know, that what they were telling us, cut them to the bone, about getting out of the Soviet Union. When a friends dad, had his eyes well up, while telling his story, I wondered why. Watching Russia, and Ukraine for years now, I finally understood, albeit some years ago, just why my friends parents were so saddened when telling the stories. Their main reason was so a kid of 10 years old, would remember. Even if just one... it was to ensure they were heard. I am saddened every day I see this completely unnecessary war continue., and I feel for the people of Ukraine, and am saddened, just as my friends parents were saddened. I've watched you for years, appreciate your take, but, time to leave now, as it's starting to get hard to see the monitor. Don't ever stop Denis.... don't ever stop. Thank you for this. In '81 or '82, I occasionally walked home from high school with an exchange student from Ukraine who stayed with a family near my neighborhood. We passed a certain church whose congregation later moved to a larger church, the older church now used by former refugees from the USSR, Ukraine, and Belarus. I have met them and made new friends, and they are unique and special to me.

Assuming you meant negotiations.... Before you dislocate your shoulder patting yourself on the back, Mexico put 10k troops on the border twice for Biden, without being threatened. No tariffs maybe, but goodwill is a real thing and a huge amount has been lost for good just from the threats. Update: Tariffs have been paused as Mexico has agreed to send 10,000 troops to the border to help with illegal immigration and drug enforcement. Canada has agreed to a joint US/CAN drug task force to prevent cross-border drug trafficking. Those were the reasons Trump enacted the tariffs in the first place.

Doubt. Trump is bullying Canada's leaders because Canada is ruled by nutjobs. Canadian's are hostages to Trudeau, a complete whackjob. Trump will save Canada, just like he'll save Europe, by ending the parasitic relationship. Allies need to be self-reliant, not dependent. China is taking over. @usefulname7134. Really? So why else do you think he paid all that money to Trump? Keeps silent about Trump’s attitude to green energy and anti electric car rants. Musk and Trump willingly used each other. Millionärs in charge of the USA. As a dude born in SA, The nearest Musk can get to being president himself. Money talks in the USA. The USA invested a lot of money into Musk allowing him to divert resources into his vain projects. (Where is that tube / tunnel transportation build?) When will the voters realise that Trump's obsession with gaining governmental capital to spend on his pet projects through tariffs. Is just a way to move the tax burden away from the mega rich and property owners and bias towards taxing the poverty ridden. EXTRA Tax on imported seasonal foods, metal for the US manufacturing industry. It will hit all, make marginal difference to those with plenty of income, and by default effect those more dependant on the (eg Primark customers) cheaper imported products. They will pay most of this newly imposed extra tax.
