I'm thanking God you and your family are going good. You could turn that tree into a picnic table or benches to sit on and enjoy. I saw a video on Milton. Where we lived in st. Petersburg, the house is gone. The neighbors house had bad damage.

Very happy you guys are ok. Sorry about your tree that's sad. At Shands Hospital in Gainesville (Fl) a giant oak had to come down and they made two beautiful benches and put them in the rear entrance near where the tree stood. I know it cost probably major bucks but it was so cool. At least we know our houses can stand a Cat 2 hurricane. Thank God you are all safe.❤🙏

We propped both papaya trees back up and so far, they’re looking un phased! Thank goodness!

That oak was dying of old age anyway. It was potentially dangerous on a calm day. Put the word out, and there might be a woodworker that might buy it from you and remove it themselves.

You’re probably right. Thinking of it that way, makes the loss a little less sad. It’s better the tree fell during the storm vs, someone standing under it unknowingly! Thanks for watching!

Honey, That tree was on its way out anyway.. it did you a favor by falling down for you so you wouldn't have to pay to cut it down. Be thankful for your minimal loss. Some have lost lives!!!
