I have so many questions. Like was the person trying to cross the interstate? Because last year I almost hit someone in that area at like 2am as I was driving southbound on they I-15 he came from the median and was wearing white tennis shoes black pants and a black hoodie with some type of white and silver (I think silver) on they front. But like 2 weeks before that I saw a woman walking northbound on the shoulder of I-15. Not too mention the one guy who got hit by one car and a semi then ran over by another car whole trying to cross the I-15 southbound around Flamingo. Ok so were they already in foot and tried to walk across the lanes of traffic or were they in a car and either got thrown out or got out on their own while the vehicle was in motion or were they left there by another party because they were deceased? Or were they homeless living around that area got disoriented because they were overheated and dehydrated or were they possibly drunk and got hit by a vehicle and then ended up there????
