Last week I accidentally came across one of your segments. I loved them so much that over the next 2 days I watched I think all of them. I especially enjoy where you share your finds. I am unable to walk much due to pain issues and so I am unable to spend much time in the grocery store...your finds help me try new things...which has been motivating to lose more without being bored of the same things. A comment for the woman who asked about stress eating. I am an emotional eater and stress is definitely a trigger. One thing I found that helps is I carry with me a fiber one chocolate bar..it is 3 points...delicious, chewy (takes a while to eat) and it fells like you are eating a candy bar. By the time I eat it I have my emotions back in control. One queston...and you may not want to answer it and I would understand...wanted to know what state you are in because I am having trouble finding some of the items you mention and wonder if they are regional. Good luck on continuing you weight reduction...and THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

I just started out on WW. My mom did this a long time ago and it worked so well I knew I had to try! I love your videos! They have helped me so much with my grocery shopping and fun recipes that even my 7 year old loves! You rock!

I look forward to watching your videos. You are so inspiring. This week I struggled after my dog passed away last Wednesday. I was truly devastated :( He was my baby. Since rejoining Weight Watchers on Jan 5th, 2015, I have changed so much. I did not turn to food when my dog passed away, which I would have before, instead I stayed focused by eating healthy and exercising. I am dedicating my journey to him. I did lose weight last Saturday and I weighed in early this week (2.2 pounds lost total in both weigh-ins). Thank you for inspiring me to keep trying and working on it. 64.6 pounds lost total (not all with Weight Watchers but since I first started losing weight 2 years ago).

Your voice is relaxing. Sometimes I just watch you to relax along with learning from you. Today is very hard, like you said I am trying to take one step at a time. I was over in calories yesterday, again today. It's hard sometimes. Yes, I'm a binge eater but at least I haven't done that in awhile, knock on wood. Like you said , I need to plan my meals out, even the night before and get back on track. You are encouraging and insightful. Thanks WW girl!

This is the first time I have ever heard you say you gained. I was about to feel nervous for you (crazy, huh?), until you said that in situations like this we just need to keep calm and it will go away within a couple of days. I almost forgot about that! I remember that you said that once before last year and can I please tell you that that has saved my life this time around on Weight Watchers? Before I literally let a gain like that stop my whole entire program, just like you mentioned in today's video. It was MONTHS before I got back on track. But last time, when I heard you that it will go away as soon as we get back on track it made all the difference in the world in terms of my sticking to plan. Now, when I've had a gain, I just keep calm, remember what you said and carry on. I have been on the program consistently for like 19 weeks now - the longest I have ever been on any program. Thanks for everything you do, Tracey!

Thank you for your inspiration and your videos. I love your food finds too! After seeing your V8 find I looked for it at the grocery store. Right next to it was a Purple Power V8 that had 50 calories per 8 oz instead of 60. I did the math on it and the Purple Power only came out to 1 Point Plus per 8 oz. I know it is only 10 calories less but I got it instead to use for the liquid in my smoothies. I am sipping on one right now and it is delish! It tastes good on its own too. It is beets, purple carrots and green apple blend and added antioxidants. Each cup counts as a serving of veggies. Just wanted to share!

Good morning. Your always so positive that's great to see. Just writing to ask if you have any suggestions on what to make on snowy day like today. I live in Massachusetts, and we've gotten over 6 1/2 feet of snow since January 25th , and their predicting 2 more storms this week. Just joined W.W. online about 1 week ago now, but I've been following your videos for about 1 year. Their great because you cook real food. Not packaged food. Thank you for everything that you do . Look forward to your videos each week! If you have a Dollar Tree in your area, I found a good food find there! In their freezer section, they have Root Beer Cream Bars - so it's like a frozen Root Beer Float. Delicious and only 60 cals! Hope you can find them. They also had Fudge Bars - 60 cals too. Can't beat a box of 6 for $1.00 and 60 cals each :-)

Just joined WW last week for the first time ever! I certainly enjoy your video...have learned a lot about grocery shopping and hope to get organized in the kitchen with good tasting recipes. Glad you're back!! I've lost 10lbs in the past month! I don't do weight watchers necessarily but I do follow calories in the my fitness pal app and use a lot of the weight watchers products. They are kind of my non clean cheats when I'm in a rush and can't make a dinner I'll do a smart ones or something. Anyways I love watching you and seeing your food finds/recipes! :)

This bring me tears. I can't wait until I get back on the program. I got put in size8 but of course I did not make it a life style after 2010. I am hoping this fall or winter to walk back on the scale. I learn I do better at meetings than online because I guess I don't take it serious compare to scale every week with others watching and saying their losses. I think I go back to meetings.

You're awesome! This was a great video. I am excited about the Tru-nut, and the V8. When you tried the V8 did it have more of a vegetable taste or fruit? I am afraid to buy a large container of it if I won't like it. Lots of great finds in this video though and I'm so glad you share them. It makes it easier to stay on plan. I loved the trick you shared about the PB2 in Greek Yogurt. I used the PB2 Chocolate and added sliced strawberries - its my new favorite thing.

here in Canada we have very strict food additive controls so can't buy a lot of the WW and no fat/sugar free items, which I am ok with because they aren't "real" food. I appreciate your recipes and meal suggestions and think you are an inspiration for all of us out here trying to get slimmer for our health....you look great and should be proud of yourself. Any words of wisdom - I've lost 70 pounds and haven't gained but haven't lost in a long while. I just got s gym membership this week in hopes it will help. My issue seems to be overeating in the evenings even when I'm not hungry. I have come to far to screw it up. Any good food tips or tricks to stop eating when I'm not hungry :(.

Another 18 to 20 pounds?! You look fantastic now. 20 pounds on me is a lot, on you it might be too much. Don't become obsessed with the scale. That's the mistake I made the first time I lost a lot of weight. Eventually people told me I looked awful because I was too thin. My face was sunken in and there was not a whole lot of meat on my bones. I started to gain weight (on purpose for the first time in my life) but I fell right back into my unhealthy eating habits when I did. I feel that if I had stopped losing weight 20 pounds before I did, no one would have had to tell me that I needed to gain weight and I would have had a much easier time maintaining it.
